1. Estimate & inspection
We look over the vehicle with you, photograph the damage and write up what the repair involves. If the car isn't drivable, call us first.
2. Insurance coordination
With your permission we send the estimate and photos to your adjuster and handle follow-up, so you aren't relaying messages.
3. Teardown & supplements
Panels and covers come off, and we document any hidden damage. If there's more than the first estimate showed, we submit a supplement.
4. Structure & body repair
Structural pulls are measured against factory specs. Panels are repaired or replaced, then prepped for paint.
5. Paint & refinish
Color is matched to your paint code, sprayed and clear-coated, and cured, then blended into neighboring panels where needed.
6. Reassembly & calibration
Trim, lights, sensors and glass go back on, and cameras and radar are calibrated if your vehicle requires it.
7. Final inspection & delivery
We check fit, finish and function, clean the vehicle, and go over the finished repair with you.
